A 1-way check valve permits flow in 1 direction only. Radium Engineering check valves feature a lightweight anodized aluminum body with FKM seals and stainless steel hardware. 
The check valve is compatible in multiple applications including gasoline, ethanol, methanol, diesel, water, coolant, oil, etc.

The 6AN kit includes the 20-0534 check valve body but adds all the necessary adapter fittings to convert both the inlet and the outlet to 6AN male and/or 6AN female.

This switch is only compatible with current Radium Multi-Pump Fuel Surge Tanks (MPFST) and current Radium Fuel Cell Surge Tanks (FCST-X). To be sure, there will be a threaded port with the label "Level Switch."

When fuel level drops, a switched signal can be used many different purposes.
Examples:
1. Dashboard mounted indicator
2. Programmable ECU input for safety purposes
3. To turn ON/OFF the lift pump when applicable

The level switch is constructed of corrosion resistant stainless steel compatible with all fuel types. It includes 24" long, 20AWG flying leads.

NOTES:
1. Prior to installing, check the direction of the signal on a test bench.
2. Switch polarity can easily be reversed by removing the E-clip and flipping the float.
3. 1/8" NPT threaded port is required for installing.
4. Always apply PTFE thread sealant to tapered pipe threads. 

The opening and closing of fuel injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail; this can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a fuel pulse damper (FPD) is often necessary. The FPD's internal diaphragm will absorb oscillating pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help idle surge, especially with high flow injectors. Furthermore, a fuel pulse damper can help solve erratic lean air/fuel ratio spikes, commonly experienced as 'stumbling', that are difficult to tune out. 

Fuel pulse dampers can be mounted at any angle, including upside down. There are many variables that dictate if a fuel system requires fuel pulse dampers. For instance, there are cases where multiple dampers are necessary. There are also other times when the fuel system benefits with a fuel pulse damper on the return line.

2. Vacuum Port Orientation:
a. Because 20-0178 and 20-0179 use tapered threads (NPT), the vacuum port can be clocked to the desired location.
b. Even after tightened, the newest 8AN ORB dampers (20-0776 and 20-0777), will swivel permitting the vacuum port to be clocked 360 degrees.

Do you have a dual pump setup in your Evo X and wish you had a good way of triggering the secondary pump? Traditionally, people have used a hobbs switch for this purpose, and while it works, they can be unreliable and a bit clunky. It will often require another bung welded into the intercooler piping, extra wires and hoses running through the engine bay, and it's just not as tidy as most people would like it to be.

We teamed up with ripnet and came up with a great new solution. This kit allows tuners to trigger a secondary fuel pump based on load using ECUFlash. The kit includes a plug and play connector and a software patch for your ECUFlash ROM.

Requirements:

• Must use a supported ROM ID. The supported IDs are listed below.
• The car must run a 3 port boost control solenoid connected to the brown connector.
• The factory 2-port solenoid which uses the black connector must be unplugged.
• The car must be an Evo X, this specific kit will not work on a Ralliart
• A secondary fuel pump must be installed and wired up with a relay. The secondary pump should not automatically run when the car is started.

Here's how it works:

1. Plug the provided cable into the black connector which was originally connected to the black 2-port boost control solenoid.
2. Run the wires through the car to the relay which controls the secondary fuel pump.
3. Connect the blue wire to 86 on the relay and the red wire to 85.
4. Go to this website and generate a license key with the coupon code that you were provided. Note that this will require your VIN number.
5. Download the appropriate XML for your ROMID here.
6. Open the downloaded file in a text editor such as notepad.
7. Select all of text in the file by pressing CTRL+A, and copy it by pressing CTRL+C
8. In a text editor, open the XML file that matches your ROMID in following folder (note: this may require Administrator permissions on your PC): "C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenECU\ECUFlash\rommetadata\mitsubishi\evo"
9. Before the "</rom>" closing tag in the end of the file, paste the text from the downloaded file by pressing CTRL+V
10. Save the file. If the file won't save, be sure your have Administrator rights to that folder.
    
11. Launch ECUFlash and open your ROM file.
12. Scroll down until you see "Secondary Fuel Pump"
13. Open "Secondary Fuel Pump - Data", and press the "+" sign to make it say "Data Present".
14. Open "Secondary Fuel Pump - Function Call", and press the "+" sign to make it say "Data Present".
15. Open " Secondary Fuel Pump - License Key" and enter the License Key that you generated.
16. (Optional) Open "Secondary Fuel Pump - Intercooler Sprayer Enabled" and use the "+" and "-" keys to toggle whether or not you want that feature enabled. This will trigger the intercooler sprayer light on your dashboard to turn on when the secondary pump is being fired.
17. Open "Secondary Fuel Pump - Load vs RPM" - Set the load points for when you would like the secondary pump enabled at various RPMs.
18. Open "Secondary Fuel Pump - Load Hysteresis" to edit the hysteresis of the trigger.

Note: These will work with the Tephramod v1-3 versions of these ROMs (i.e. replacing the third to last number from 0 to 1, 2 or 3). For example, the Tephramod v3 ROM ID 52680322 will work the same as the standard ROM 52680022.

A fuel surge tank (FST) is designed to prevent starvation to the engine on vehicles with inadequate fuel tank baffling. The surge tank also provides a quick and easy way to upgade any standard fuel system without the need to modify the stock fuel tank or pump. It is also an excellent fueling solution for vehicles installing large fuel demand power upgrades such as forced induction. 

PLUMBING
All adapter fittings on top of the FST are 6AN (9/16"-18) male.
1. The internal FST pump directly feeds the fuel rail(s), through the green 6AN bulkhead fitting. The pump outlet fitting is available in -6AN male size only.
2. The 3 black (interchangeable) 6AN ORB fittings are used for the following. 
a. Fuel entering the FST (from the lift pump)
b. Fuel overflowing and leaving the FST (to main tank)
c. Fuel returning from the fuel pressure regulator

NOTES: 
1. An internal flow deflector prevents fuel foam and aeration on all 3 ports.
2. The pumps mount internally using tubing that is gasoline, ethanol, and methanol resistant. 
3. The overflow to the main tank is a requirement on all installations. Tanks without return ports will need customization of the hanger top or filler neck to create a port for the overflow.

This plug conversion is made necessary because FIC always chooses to provide brand new, unused injectors for its performance applications. We do not believe that increasing the chance of a failure due to using remanufactured or core program based injectors is ever warranted.

The newest addition to our product line is the largest high impedance injector ever by a long shot and will work for most of the guys running E85 or other high volume fuel. (DO NOT USE WITH "Q" or OTHER OXYGENATED FUELS.) Not only is it BIG, it provides a near perfect idle!

While this injector is not inexpensive, it provides single injector solutions when twin rails would otherwise be needed and there are additional savings in DYNO/TUNING costs due to its easy tuneability. The very linear performance of this injector, based on Bosch’s latest technology, makes tuning a breeze. This is the ultimate solution for all cars that come with high impedance injectors.

Important note: These fuel injectors are high impedance and do not require the use of a resistor box. If the vehicle in which this product will be used came with a resistor box from the factory (DSM / Evo / Etc.) you will need to remove that resistor box for these to function properly!
