DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING: We selected 3″ diameter piping to maximize exhaust flow and the sound of the turbos spooling – and oh do you hear them now. We designed our Cat Bypass Pipes to have a straight through exhaust path with valves open in pursuit of maximum exhaust flow and power – if you’re deleting catalysts that is surely your focus! We’ve positioned the secondary tube into the Porsche Sport Exhaust where it is to keep the valves closed tone civil and refined while still receiving ample exhaust flow. It was also important that we retain use of the factory heat shields as to not heat soak the components around the turbos.
POWER: We approached AWE Tuning about testing our development car at their state of the R&D facility for third party dyno results. We experienced max gains of 20 whp and 21 ft-lbs of torque at 5,800 RPM as tested on a 2017 Carrera 4S with no other mods. Peak power was up by 10 whp and 14 ft-lbs. BoostAddict upped power in their Carrera from a baseline of 344 whp and 326 ft-lbs of torque to 455 whp and 448 lb-ft of torque with our Cat Bypass Pipes and race gas tune.

Up-to 615 HP and 549 FT-LBS of torque is available with no other modifications. Adding upgraded intercoolers bumps power up to 648 HP. This is a substantial increase in power and torque. HOW IT WORKS
Purchase this item. In the comments field, list the year and trim of your 911, along with every modification to the car which could effect performance. This includes, but is not limited to engine modifications, wheels, tires, intake, exhaust, weight reduction, fuel system, etc.
Depending on the extent of your modifications, you may be required to pay additional fees for your tune. Items such as upgraded fuel systems, turbos, etc will require much more time and calibration, hence, added cost.
You will be emailed a starter tune. You will be asked to download this tune to your ECU and log certain parameters in certain conditions.
Email us the logs, and you will receive an updated tune. The process of logging and updating your tune will continue until the tune is complete. An entry level tune will have a maximum of 10 versions for the above price.

DEVELOPMENT: SOUL sought out to maximize performance and boost response while minding clearance on daily driven cars. The optimized 3 into 1 merge collector design improves response over the poor factory design, while the runners ultimately increase exhaust velocity into the collector and turbo. Looking into the factory headers you will notice a support in the middle runner which is detrimental to a smooth flow path out of that exhaust port – all in all the design is very basic with lots of room for improvement. The factory turbo inlet measures around 1.54” ID and we sized our header outlet to 1.63” for a smooth flow path into the turbo. The internal volume of the header combined with the resulting design improvements pairs well with the efficiency map of the turbo giving you noticeably quicker boost response and more power throughout the RPM range. Pushing the gas pedal down commands faster feedback from the car and each gear has more usable power before a downshift.
The factory header utilizes a double wall design while our design is single wall yielding in a more pleasing, sharper edge to the exhaust and increased turbo sound. Exhaust volume and tone quality are delightfully increased without yielding drone or undesirable qualities. Expect more burbles and sharper pops between shifts and on deceleration.
POWER: Below are the real, unedited, straight from the Mustang dyno results as conducted by Apex Autoworks with before and after runs on a Base model Carrera already equipped with SOUL Sport Catalytic Converters and SOUL Performance Exhaust with COBB Accessport Stage 2 Map. This dyno chart is made of the average performing charts of 3 before and 6 after runs. Max power gains of 12 whp and 20 ft-lbs come in quickly and hold until redline for a noticeable increase in driving performance. A custom Pro Tune would further take advantage of the increased flow and unlock greater gains.

Upgrading the fuel system on an Evo X can be a lot of trouble if not thought out completely. It is very difficult to upgrade only one component without consideration for the others. The restrictive return line, the in-tank venturi jet pump system, the integrated fuel filter. All these, and more, create a complicated system to modify for high performance. If not thought out properly, issues will show up on the dyno, such as inconsistent fuel delivery, overly high fuel pressures, fuel starvation and more. The Radium Complete Fuel Delivery System for the Evo X solves all these issues in one complete kit. Every details has been thought out and tested in real world conditions. The result is a bolt-on kit that performs as expected, capable of meeting the fueling needs of highly modified 4B11T engines.
WHATS INCLUDED This comprehensive kit includes everything required to construct a high performance fuel delivery system for the EVO X. The title photo at the top of the this page shows the kit contents. The Radium fuel pump hanger, feed line kit, fuel rail, and pressure regulator completely replace the restrictive OEM fuel system with a setup capable of supporting well over 1,000hp. At the heart of the system is the Radium EVOX fuel pump hanger.
From the fuel pump hanger, the feed line kit passes fuel through a Radium in-line fuel filter using prefabricated -8AN PTFE hoses. The filter is mounted to the chassis under the car using a specially designed bracket that does not require any cutting or drilling for installation.
Kit comes standard with twin Walbro 450 pumps (Walbro F90000274 - 20-0642-02), a black Fuel Pressure Regulator (20-0623-00), and a stainless steel fuel filter (20-0246-03).

PLEASE NOTE: Turbos with BIG wheel combinations such as these require good airflow in and out of them in order to do their job efficiently. Whenever possible, run the largest diameter inlet piping (3" preferred) to allow adequate airflow into the turbo and 3" diameter piping out of the turbine exhaust to facilitate maximum flow. Allowing the turbo to inhale and exhale freely through large piping work will allow you to attain the desired HP easier with often much less boost pressure during your tuning process. Failure to free up the turbo's flow potential can force the turbo to "top out" in power prematurely and undoubtedly place your entire engine/turbo against the perpetual "wall" and always short of reaching maximum power.
The Garrett GEN2 GTX3576R Evo X Turbo Upgrade which allows you to push your AWD, rally-bred monster up to an estimated 700 HP+.
The Garrett GEN2 GTX3576R Evo X Turbo Upgrade features a specially designed twin-scroll turbine housing that bolts-on to the Evo X stock exhaust manifold; and stock exhaust down pipe, which enables worry free fitment of aftermarket exhaust systems.
The turbine housing allows for the retention of the stock exhaust heat shield for better temperature control as well as a stealth look.
The compressor housing includes a ported shroud 4-inch diameter inlet and 2 inch diameter outlet. The compressor housing REQUIRES (i) custom hose connection 4-inch intake pipe; and (ii) hose connection compressor outlet adapter.
The Garrett patented dual ball bearing center housing is standard on both turbocharger options for unmatched power handling and unbeatable response.

This 52mm pod can be added to the left side of your OEM gauge surround. It requires you to drill three small mounting holes to affix the pod to the stock plastics, as well as one larger hole to run the wiring through.
