DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING: We set out to increase power and sound without throwing a check engine light. Using HJS HD 200 cell catalysts allows us to do just that. We designed our Sport Catalytic Converters to have the best possible exhaust path with valves open in pursuit of maximum exhaust flow – no compromises.
POWER: We approached AWE Tuning about testing our development car at their facility for third party dyno results. We experienced gains of 12 whp and 13 ft-lbs of torque at 4,700 RPM as tested on a 2017 Carrera 4S with no other mods. Peak power was up by 14 whp and 15 ft-lbs. Much greater gains can be expected from the freer flowing exhaust components when paired with a tune.
CONSTRUCTION: Each set is assembled in house out of mandrel bent, thick wall .065″” T304L stainless steel. Back purged TIG welding ensures proper weld penetration and longevity. Each set is tested in a fixture to guarantee fitment and then foam packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
HJS CATALYSTS: The highest quality catalytic converters available, known for their industry leading flow and durability. They are efficient enough to meet strict EURO 4 emission standards while still allowing for an increase in flow – all without a check engine light. The HD design uses premium triple foil winding for maximum strength. The brazing stripe is an extra feature in the interest of durability – it prevents the core from moving or experiencing any damage from sustained high horsepower abuse. We use a large and appropriately sized catalyst to allow for maximum gains – no compromises here!
The APR GTS K04.3 Turbocharger System converts your 991.2 911 3.0T to the larger factory GTS turbochargers and includes our Stage 3 ECU Upgrade making the conversion plug-and-play! Up-to 615 HP and 549 FT-LBS of torque is available with no other modifications. Adding upgraded intercoolers bumps power up to 648 HP. This is a substantial increase in power and torque. Expect up to an additional +263 HP and +266 FT-LBS over stock on the base engine, and +244 HP and +223 FT-LBS on the S engine! This conversion system, sometimes dubbed an x51 package by Porsche, includes all genuine parts. It includes two new and genuine Borg Warner K04.3 Turbochargers, new gaskets, and o-rings. Simply remove and replace the factory components with our new components. No other hardware upgrades are required as the 3.0T mostly shares the same components, except for the turbochargers, from the base model to the GTS model. This system works with your factory engine hardware, factory fueling, and factory emissions components. It even works with upgraded engine and exhaust components and picks up even more power with upgraded intercoolers! HOW IT WORKS
Purchase this item. In the comments field, list the year and trim of your 911, along with every modification to the car which could effect performance. This includes, but is not limited to engine modifications, wheels, tires, intake, exhaust, weight reduction, fuel system, etc.
Depending on the extent of your modifications, you may be required to pay additional fees for your tune. Items such as upgraded fuel systems, turbos, etc will require much more time and calibration, hence, added cost.
You will be emailed a starter tune. You will be asked to download this tune to your ECU and log certain parameters in certain conditions.
Email us the logs, and you will receive an updated tune. The process of logging and updating your tune will continue until the tune is complete. An entry level tune will have a maximum of 10 versions for the above price.

You may be asked to log more items as the tune progresses.
Please be sure to only do one full throttle pull per log. The pull should be from 3200-7000rpm unless specified otherwise.

This may include the car running lean, overboosting, detonating, or any other mechanical issues. If something doesn't feel right, take your foot off the throttle immediately and end the pull. Expect an 1-2 new tune files per week. This will vary based on both our schedule and how quickly you can provide logs for the most recent update to your tune.

Upgrading the fuel system on an Evo X can be a lot of trouble if not thought out completely. It is very difficult to upgrade only one component without consideration for the others. The restrictive return line, the in-tank venturi jet pump system, the integrated fuel filter. All these, and more, create a complicated system to modify for high performance. If not thought out properly, issues will show up on the dyno, such as inconsistent fuel delivery, overly high fuel pressures, fuel starvation and more. The Radium Complete Fuel Delivery System for the Evo X solves all these issues in one complete kit. Every details has been thought out and tested in real world conditions. The result is a bolt-on kit that performs as expected, capable of meeting the fueling needs of highly modified 4B11T engines.
WHATS INCLUDED This comprehensive kit includes everything required to construct a high performance fuel delivery system for the EVO X. The title photo at the top of the this page shows the kit contents. The Radium fuel pump hanger, feed line kit, fuel rail, and pressure regulator completely replace the restrictive OEM fuel system with a setup capable of supporting well over 1,000hp. At the heart of the system is the Radium EVOX fuel pump hanger.
From the fuel pump hanger, the feed line kit passes fuel through a Radium in-line fuel filter using prefabricated -8AN PTFE hoses. The filter is mounted to the chassis under the car using a specially designed bracket that does not require any cutting or drilling for installation.
Kit comes standard with twin Walbro 450 pumps (Walbro F90000274 - 20-0642-02), a black Fuel Pressure Regulator (20-0623-00), and a stainless steel fuel filter (20-0246-03).

The ETS Evolution X Dump O2 Eliminator Downpipe is a direct replacement for the stock O2 Housing and Downpipe.
