This is a full size CAD designed replica of a TR1 nose for a Formula 500 / 600. The standard print will be black PLA, however we can print them in different colors or materials upon request.

This nose is printed in two pieces, with a vertical seam in the center. It has flanges on the inside so it can be fastened together with nuts and bolts. For added security, you can also use epoxy, however it is not necessary.

This nose will be delivered in a raw finish and will likely have the supports from 3d printing it attached for additional rigidity while being transported. Customer is expected to remove the supports manually prior to installation. Most of the supports will break off by hand, but some may need to be to scraped off. The layer lines will be visible, so some sanding or preparation with an epoxy filler is recommended. It is also recommended to paint or wrap the nose with your desired finish.

This is a large item and will not ship for free. It will either need to be picked up by the customer or shipped via freight to be paid for by the customer. It is typical to expect the shipping fee to cost at least hundreds of dollars within the US.

Customer should expect to wait 4 weeks before this item is available to ship.

Lastly, this is considered a custom order and cannot be returned or refunded.
