Powder Coating Service

What Is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to metals.
The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable, high-quality, and attractive finish. Powder coating is the fastest-growing finishing technology in North America, representing over 10% of all industrial finishing applications.
SpeedCircuit is proud to be taking orders for powder coating. Any metal object can be powder coated including (but not limited to) brackets, wheels, transmissions, valve covers, and more. Pricing will vary based on the size and condition of the object to be coated, as well as the effects used on the part. For the lowest price on any given part, send it corrosion and paint free, down to clean, bare metal. If a part is sent in for powder coating that is not clean, bare metal, expect to pay more for the service.
Also, be sure that any object you want coated is free of parts that cannot withstand 450*F.
See product image for before and after pictures of some brackets that were coated with "chrome" powder coat.
